• Your item will be delivered to your chosen address or parcel machine within 2-5 days of the item being shipped.
• The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration. If inaccurate (or false) information is provided, we are not responsible for possible delivery problems.

Warranty repair and applicable warranty

• If the product is broken or has other defects not due to wear and tear, for example, jewelry with stones has lost its eyelet, then such a product is considered a factory defect and is therefore sent for repair free of charge.
• If the product has changed color, worn out, or been scratched, we offer to renew it (additional costs may apply);
• If you decide to change the size of the item, for example, if the ring is too big/small for you, the product will be sent for processing for an additional fee (it is the customer's responsibility to specify the correct size of the item.)
• Goods are not returnable during the warranty period or later than 14 days after delivery. In all cases, we offer to replace the product with another one, repair or otherwise eliminate any defects that have arisen.
• Once the specified conditions are met and the item is received back, the money will be refunded within 14 working days.
